After you submit your forms your recipients will receive:
If you don't want your recipients to receive an email to access their forms online, you may choose to leave the email field blank when entering or importing your data. If an email address is entered, Yearli will send an email with access to the form. Recipients will not be able to reply to Yearli with questions about the form. Instead, the email contains the following statement:
"Included with print & mail fulfillment is the Greatland online retrieval system. Here, forms are posted in a secure online portal for your recipients to download. Recipients will receive an email with a secure link to login and download their form."
- A secure form and envelope via U.S. mail
- An email with a secure link to login and download their form
