A transmittal (W-3c) is not required when you file a W-2c electronically through Yearli. Yearli automatically includes it as part of the filing process.
When a W-2c is filed through Yearli does Yearli also file W-3c?
I filed w-2c to correct wages paid. Will Yearli file W-3c?
