You can only file a 1099-NEC correction if the original 1099 form was filed with Yearli.
can I use Yearli to file a corrected 1099-NEC, when the original was not prepared with Yearli?
I use another software to prepare 1099s. I filed the 1099-NEC electronically, and now the business is telling me that the amount is wrong and I need to issue a corrected 1099-NEC. The software I used to prepare the original does not support corrected 1099s. Can I use Yearli to prepare the corrected form?
